As a Miva Merchant user, you should be aware that you are using the Miva engine to access your Miva Merchant account. If you are not hosting your own Miva enabled site, you can check to see which version of the Miva engine is installed on your host computer by logging in to your Miva Merchant administration screen and checking the Miva Engine version number in the upper left hand corner of the main screen. If the version number for the Miva engine is lower than 3.71, please contact your host provider immediately and urge them to upgrade. All Miva engine licensees have already received this message and should have upgraded by now. Our customer support department will be handling these upgrade issues with the highest priority.
